The RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (2021) provides a single-window system for resolution of customer complaints against banks, NBFCs, and payment system participants. One complaint portal, one email, and one postal address for all complaints.

How to File a Complaint

Exhaust Internal Process

First lodge complaint with JPC Bank and wait 30 days.

File with RBI

If unresolved, file at cms.rbi.org.in or call 14448.

Resolution

RBI Ombudsman will investigate and provide resolution.
